iSTARTest.com provides a survey platform that hosts the iSTAR assessment tool on scientific reasoning and a number of other surveys. Teachers and researchers who want to use the iSTAR test can request a teacher's account by following this link (TBA). iSTAR test contains a full-length 35-question version and several short-length versions (19-22 questions each). The full length test is delivered in one pass, while the short length versions can be delivered as a single short test or as randomized AB tests. The system does the randomization automatically.
